The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing answers to all your questions about sightseeing tours, cultural events, and top restaurants. The location is perfect, being close to the old center and just a short walk away from the FKK beach and a renowned 5-star restaurant. The rooms with balconies overlooking the water provide a lovely view.

The only thing we liked about our stay was the close location to the center

There were a number of things we did not like about hotel istra. We stayed there recently and struggled to sleep the entire 3 nights that we were there as there was no air conditioning. The rooms are very run down and the buffet breakfast was very poor with no variety and no fresh fruit. The wireless was only available downstairs in the foyer which was very inconvenient. No staff member helped us with taking our luggage upstairs. Overall, we do not recommend anyone to stay here as it will definitely hinder your stay. We loved rab however our stay at hotel istra was very disappointing.

No airconditioning with 35°C ! We were lucky to be at the frontside of the hotel were the sun was rather absent. Rooms are getting old. Hotel needs a renovation really soon ...

The hotel offered private parking and was conveniently located close to the main square and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the terrace at breakfast and the variety of dishes offered.

Our room was small and lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning or a fan, causing us discomfort during the warmer weather. the noise from neighboring rooms and the nearby park could be heard throughout the night, disrupting our sleep.

Wonderful location on the edge of the old town with very convenient parking. Enjoyed relaxing in the hotel's small outdoor cafe. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It was very hot during our stay and our room was not air conditioned. Next time I would ask for an air conditioned room (if available). The staff was kind enough to provide a fan for our room, which helped somewhat.
